Chantel Holistic Wellbeing is a heart-led space supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals in reconnecting with their true selves through holistic coaching, wellbeing resources, and inclusive community offerings. Led by Chantel Rose, a holistic wellbeing practitioner and mental health nurse, our work blends emotional support, self-discovery, and healing practices to help you feel grounded, confident, and empowered.
Our Unapologetically You Meetup Group is a safe and welcoming community that hosts regular wellbeing events—including drumming circles, journaling workshops, creative sessions, breathwork, and sacred sharing spaces. These gatherings are designed to support queer joy, connection, and emotional resilience.
Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or continuing to grow into your full self, you are welcome here—just as you are.
