Suicide and drug-related deaths among gay, bi, and queer men are happening at alarming rates, so why are we not doing more to prevent them? You Are Loved was created to do just that. Through collecting data, raising awareness, and supporting those in our community currently at risk, we are here to stop this silent epidemic in its tracks.

Mission

Evidence the high prevalence of suicide and drug related deaths in our community through data collection.
Eliminate the prevailing stigma attached to suicide and drug related deaths.
Address patterns of behaviour associated with suicide and drug related deaths.
Address the underlying factors contributing to suicide and drug related deaths.

Vision

A world in which having a minority identity (such as sexuality, gender, ethnicity, or other) does not make us more likely to die prematurely, from suicide or a drug-related death.

A world in which stigma and discrimination are eradicated.
